Apply Online, Then Visit the School Office

Step 1 — Online admission is mandatory. Complete the online form first and save your reference number.

Step 2 — Submit documents at the school office. After applying online, collect the admission form from the office, complete it, and submit it with the documents below. Online uploads do not replace this office submission.

Required documents & eligibility

Completed admission form.
Attested copy of the birth certificate.
Self-attested copy of the student’s Aadhaar card.
Three passport-size photographs.
Attested report card of the previous class.
Original transfer certificate with PEN number, to be submitted within 15 days of admission.
Proof of residence: parent’s Aadhaar card for residence and address proof.
Caste/category certificate for SC, ST, OBC, or EWS, as applicable.
Disability certificate, if applicable.

Nursery: age 3 years and above. Class XI: admission is based on previous marks.
